New Years is a great time of year! There are parties, get-togethers and all sorts of events to celebrate the New Year that is coming up!

It is a great time of year to reflect on all the positive things you have done this year and focus your sights on achieving even greater things for the upcoming year.

A lot of people set themselves goals as New Years Resolutions....this is important to help you not only have focus and a reason in life but it is also needed to keep you on track. Everyone has different goals and dreams however the one common goal remains; to accomplish something positive in life this New Year.

In order to keep your goal realistic and achievable you need to set yourself some smaller attainable goals on the way to accomplishing the BIG GOAL.
Write your goals down and when you accomplish part of or the whole goal write it down and reward yourself.

If your goal is fitness and health related then you need to track your progress and motivate yourself by looking at your goal when you feel like giving up!

Put your goal on the fridge so you can look at it everyday! It works...I do this myself with my goals and it is a foolproof way. Everyone has to eat so when you go to the fridge you see your goal and you can reflect even if for a few minutes!

All the best to you and good luck with your goals in the New Year!
Yours in Health,

Arran
