Food Tip!! How to lose weight Successfully!

One important tip I will give you seems to get skipped over by many people. The funny thing is, it is so simple!

Eat foods that have lots of protein and fibre, (all bran cereal,chicken,fish,eggs,whole grain breads etc...

These fibre and protein rich foods not only have a ton of health benefits but they also help fill you up! This leads to less eating which as we know is great in preventing weight gain!

There you have it, eat more fibre and protein rich foods!!!

Do burpies 30 secs
Pushups 30 secs
Jumping Jacks 30secs

Food for thought!!

Try to get in 5-10 servings of fruits/veggies per day!


Also cut back on some of the processed foods and go for healthier fresh foods!

Have nuts/almonds instead of chips,cookies,treats,brownies,donuts,pretzels,etc..
Bootcamp will be at Burnside Community Gym on Friday Nov 23rd!

Get ready for some fun indoor sports as well as tons of great bootcamp exercises to get you in shape!

Tuesday workout!

Do 20 mins of cardio (walking,running,jogging etc..)

30 secs as hard as you can,
30secs rest at a slower pace,

Repeat for 20 mins!
We will have classes at Beckwith Park 6pm and 6:45pm Nov 12/07
