Sorry, I haven't written on the blog for a few days here!
The computer crashed which REALLY sucks!
We are good to go now.
Sometimes it is also good to let your body crash(rest) and have some down time!
Remember when it comes to maintaining your body and getting into shape it is important to have the recovery time as well.
