This workout will help trim you down in no time!!

Time yourself with a stopwatch!

Round 1
50 stepups onto a bench
50 pushups
50 squats or squat jumps

Round 2
50 stepups
5 - 45sec sprints
50 burpies or squat jumps

Work at a fast pace!
