I have been super busy with our 3 kids, it is tough work!! Not for the faint of heart!
Here is a great workout that will give you awesome fat burning results!
Pushups 20 secs work, 10 secs rest (repeat 4 times)
Situps (20 secs/10secs) (4x)
Squats (20secs/10secs) (4x)
Mountian Climers (20secs/10secs) (4x)
